EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (taken from DCFS requirements)
DIRECTOR
Must be 21 years of age
60 college credits preferably in Early Childhood Education
18 of the 60 college credit hours need to be in Early Childhood
3 credits in Special Education Or within the first year of employment.
OR
2 years experience in a Child Care Center with 30 college credits
10 of the 30 college credits need to be in Early Childhood
3 credits in Special Education
TEACHER
Must be 19 years of age
60 college credits preferably in Early Childhood Education
6 of the 60 college credit hours need to be in Early Childhood
OR
1 Year experience in a Child Care Center
30 college credits
6 credits in Early Childhood Education
EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSISTANT
